I recommend the 145/80-12 over the 5.30-12 simply because the it comes in a Radial construction while the 5.30-12 is only available in a Bias construction. Either one can be used for a boat trailer, but Radial is overall better for highway use which is why I recommend going that route.
For a 4 on 4" bolt pattern I recommend the part # AM31208HWT which comes with an aluminum wheel but if you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern the galvanized wheel kit # AM31202.

I'm sure we can get you a hub assembly for your boat trailer, though we don't have any way of knowing what hubs you need. In order to find the correct hubs you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.

The only Fulton coupler repair kits we carry are the # F670801 and # F640801 which are for much heavier duty couplers. Due to the age of your trailer you will most likely have to replace your coupler unless you can find the parts from a used coupler. I do see we have a few options depending on the width of the pole tongue on your trailer. We have a 2" # CT-2001-Z, 2-1/2" # CT-2002-Z or 3" # CT-2003-Z option. Hey Sam, so in some states it is required that you have brakes on all axles of a triple axle trailer but in some states that is not true. It sounds like you already checked in your area but figured I would still mention it.

Hey Ken, so what you have on your trailer is a 3,500 lb axle which we can help with but since the calipers you have are a brand we don't carry you would need to go with an all new kit since nothing we have would let you reuse them since the alignment would be wrong.

I do see your Demco Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550035 is missing the Capture Plate # DM14743-95 and other components on the Head # DM6081. And as you have a Rhino pin box you need the Locking Plate # DM76FR as well to prevent the Demco from turning unless the trailer is turning. Hey Brady, I would be surprised if the trailer had Ranger brand disc brake parts on it and not a different more well-known brand like Kodiak or DeeMax like you mentioned. But anything is possible so what I would recommend is have him check out the calipers and see if there is a brand name or any part numbers listed.

To add disc brakes to your trailer you're going to need first need to check to make sure your axles have brake flanges for the calipers to mount to. From there you'll need hubs/rotors or slip on rotors, caliper assembly, hydraulic disc brake actuator, and a brake line kit.

Hey Tom, so you have a couple options but most likely what you need is a 4-way to 5-way adapter like part # 20036 which will give your Ford Edge a fully functional 5-way for your boat trailer.
So the reason your boat trailer most likely has a 5-way is because it has a reverse lockout solenoid that the 5th pin of the 5-way activates to allow you to back up the trailer without locking up the brakes. Sounds like your boat trailer has two wires ran to each circuit on your current 4-way which isn't uncommon. Basically one wire is ran to each side of the trailer wiring so what you would need to do is run the matching circuits from both sides of the trailer wiring to the single wire of a 4-way like the part # 002402.
